My Favorite Shots: Japan

Posted in Japan| Kyoto| Osaka| Tokyo

Has it really been less than two weeks since I flew out of Tokyo’s Narita airport? I feel like months have passed since my time in Japan. I’ve been in transit for two days now… Sydney to Hong Kong to Seoul to Doha (where I am at the moment) and then on to Istanbul later today.  Whew!

I have written a few posts about my time in Japan, but wanted to share a few of my favorite photos from the 10 days that I spent there.

How can you NOT follow this sign?

And here he is – the god of Happiness.  I literally laughed out loud when I saw him…guess  he’s the real deal.

I lost one of my favorite earrings at Universal Studio Park in Osaka.  I seriously doubted they would find it but I logged a report just in case.  Their polaroid camera wasn’t working so the woman in lost & found spent 10 minutes drawing a detailed picture of my earring…and don’t you know they found it?? Now that’s  service!

All colors of pickled radishes at the food market in Kyoto. I had to try the blue one…how often do you get blue food?

My completely veggie/tofu lunch – its amazing what they can do with just a few ingredients

If you have to dress for the rain, you might as well be cute.  Would this work in adult sizes?
